The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is a professional association of real estate experts that is active worldwide. Founded in London in 1868, RICS was awarded the Royal Charter by Queen Victoria in 1881. Chartered Surveyors represent internationality, competence, professionalism and integrity in all areas of the real estate commercial life cycle. The broad spectrum of chartered surveying and the demanding professional ethos underline the diverse and wide-ranging opportunities for a progressive occupational image.

Die Gesellschaft für Immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung e.V. was founded on 15 October 1993 and currently has 950 members. gif is part of an international network under the auspices of the International Real Estate Society (IRES). At European level, the national associations are networked through the European Real Estate Society (ERES), meaning that every member of gif is automatically an associate member of ERES. We want to support training and research in the specialised field of real estate economy and in related disciplines. All of those involved in the market profit from this, which helps the branch towards a better reputation. |

Bei immoebs e.V., the association of graduates from the post graduate course on real estate economics at the EUROPEAN BUSINESS SCHOOL (ebs) at Schloss Reichartshausen, currently has approx. 1,800 members throughout Germany. The Association of Real Estate Experts mainly deals with networking ideas and lifelong learning, in order to guarantee a steady and sustainable level of professional training. In addition to this, the association actively supports real estate research. |
